How does it work?
Five steps, no wall of forms
Address
Postcode and house number. Dwelling type, year of construction and floor area come from the Dutch building register (BAG), the energy label from EP-online.
Check the home
Check the retrieved details, correct what is wrong and enter the WOZ value of the assessment that counts this year.
Rooms
Floor area per room, plus attic and storage if present. Measure at floor level, only the parts with a height from one and a half metres.
Facilities
Kitchen, bathroom, outdoor space and particulars such as a listed building: the same questions as the official Dutch rent check, with an explanation per choice.
Result
Points, rent segment and the rent according to the rent table, with the breakdown per item. On request as a PDF in your mailbox.
